How Do I Pay My Bill ?

Payments are due before or at the time of service. 

If I am billing your insurance, copays are due before or at the time of service.  

I accept cash (please do not mail cash), checks, money orders, PayPal, and the SquareUp app. 

To make a payment please contact me so I can send you an invoice, and be sure to indicate what form of payment you would like to use.  Please be aware that I add a 3% fee for the use of PayPal and SquareUp to cover the usage costs.
